Daily Program
Day 1
We leave Kampala around 6:30am. We will have lunch in Fort Portal Town center, after that we continue with the journey to the Lodge in Queen Elizabeth park, where we will get a well-rested evening with a camp fire.
Day 2
Today we wake up very early in the morning and go for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, where we will encounter animals like lions, elephants, antelopes, buffalos and many more as they are roaming around to have their morning meals.
After this we will drive pass a crater lake, and we will be proceeding for lunch at Tembo restaurant in Mweya. After lunch we go for a 2pm boat trip and on this amazing boat ride, we will see many bird species, lots of hippos, elephants, crocodiles, buffalos etc. Next up we will go for another game drive before we proceed to the lodge.
Day 3
We drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park where we will experience the gentle giants (Gorillas). The drive is five hours, and we will stop in Kabale town for lunch. After this we will proceed to the impenetrable jungle. In the afternoon we go for a visit to the Batwa people. The Batwa people are the local pygmies who used to live in the forest of Bwindi before it was made a protected area.
Day 4
We will wake up early morning and have breakfast, so at 8pm we can go for Gorilla tracking in the forest. And after this amazing experience, we will head to Lake Bunyonyi, the place of many little birds. Lunch at Kabale. 3pm Boat trip on the lake to see the many islands.
Day 5
Drive back to Kampala. On the way we will have lunch at the Equator while enjoying the experience. After that we will drop you off in Kampala.
